Way too few servers/cooks for the volume of customers on New Year's Eve. Had to wait exceptionally long time to order and receive food. Several customers simply left.Customers picking up their online orders were served in the same space,lined up in between the tables, crowding diners.Some abandoned their orders.Food was satisfactory, good size portions.

We ordered food for takeout, a dinner for one (b) and Szechuan beef. Honestly it was terrible. I've been here before and it was alright, but this time I was worried I'd get food poisoning. The beef was pure fat and almost had the consistency of old jello, and the chicken was slimy. I am very dissapointed in dragon Court for allowing that food to leave the door.Update- I've since gone vegetarian and tried their veggie low mein and it's good! So upping the rating.

We were hungry after we dropped our son at McMaster university and found this restaurant on the way. We went around 3:30 PM to have lunch, much later than usual lunch time.Though we went late, we had decent food with good quality, service and quantity.We ordered hot and sour soup, seafood fried rice, spring rolls and noodles. All tasted good ( though not exceptional) and food was fresh.Service is good and the girl who served us is really helpful to choose food and even she helped us to pack the left over food.We will come back again.

It was balanced shrimp and chicken, boiled noodle, I expected fried noodles like what we usually get, it was not tastyBlack pepper beef-wqs cut very thick and chewy. We went for the first time last night. We order dinner for one, x 2 people. The noodles came first, then we had to wait half an hour to get the soup, and it was almost cold by the time we got it. The rest of our dinner came at the same time the soup came. The rest of the dinner was warm, not hot, except for the spring roll which was so hot we burnt our tongues on it. The food was plentiful. It was okay, nothing special. A 15% tip was already included with our total bill for our food. This is unusual. I have only seen this in Europe in restaurants. Of course we would tip our server, but it usually isn't already included with our bill. The service was okay. I wouldn't return to the restaurant again.
