Came here as a first time customer and their food is exceptional!! Amazing deals with combos, they have amazing prices especially at these times. The customer service was phenomenal, they were so nice to me and my kids! Can’t wait to come back and get more delicious food!!!

I never write reviews but was forced to on this one as I think its important for all customers to know what kind of restaurant they are dealing with.I cant comment on the food as I did not receive it but can definitely comment on the service over the phone which was the worse ever.I placed an online order and set a delivery time, since 15 minutes pasted that delivery time I called the restaurant and the lady on the phone after taking my details said that the driver is on the way.45 minutes pass by and no sign of the delivery driver at my door so I decided to call the restaurant again, all I said was trying to follow up on my online order, this time the male on the phone from the restaurant started rambling that it will take 1 hours or so to receive my pizza, I asked him; so was he saying that my pizza will be cold when I get it to which he responds "Boss, its -20 degrees out and if its cold its cold. I was shocked by his response to which I asked who I was speaking with and he said he was the manager, on asking his name he said he cannot disclose his name. by that comment I was done. Not sure what kind of restaurant you are running and the kind of staff you hire. He is definitely not a fit out there and should go for some customer service training and counselling. Definitely the worse phone service I have received . Would NEVER recommend this place.

By far the best affordable pizza place in Hamilton, off the hook deals, I love this place i cannot get enough, the staff are enjoyable, the food is always hot and very fresh this is a must try if you havent had it.
