The place was extremely understaff (1 bar, 1 waiter, 1 chef) and were still taking delivery orders. Unfortunately it took an hour for the food to arrive and our water was never refilled. When the food did arrive, there were missing sides and sauces. The waiter was very apologetic and kind but unfortunately I won't be coming back.

I would never recommend. Horrible service. Waitresses were very disorganized and I waited for over an hour before I finally got up and asked for a menu. No one ever came to take my order. After another hour I left. If it wasn’t for ok music I wouldn’t have even bothered to sit there at all.

Stopped in on Saturday March 2nd with my wife. It was about 4pm. Walked in nobody to greet and seat us at the door. We decided to just seat ourselves no big deal. After waiting 12 mins hadn’t been acknowledged, didn’t even see anybody working. We got up and left. Went elsewhere. Disappointed wanted to try this place for a long time. We won’t be back.

Went out for dinner with our family of four, only to find out that it was their corporate policy to not accept our Fionn MacCool’s $100 gift card. Very disappointed! We could have gone anywhere for dinner and we chose to go there! The GM did not feel it was necessary, to make sure that we left happy. We will never go back.

Our server was truly lovely, but we waited an excessive amount of time to be served. When the food did arrive, it was only lukewarm. Moreover, my son asked for mild sauce on his chicken fingers & it was anything but. Hot, hot, hot! Finally, I attempted to use a gift card & was told it was no longer acceptable because the restaurant now belonged to a different group.

Pretty upset with how tonight's order went. Usually like this restaurant, but I couldn't believe it when I took a bite into my meal. The burger that you will see was not cooked, and the ravioli that we received was extremely salty, and we only got 4 of them. I will not be eating here again.
