Closed up shop. Windows papered over and outside signage removed. Not really surprised on my last visit it took 30 min for a cheese burger and fries. Store wasn't busy just dirty and disorganized.

After all my visits of FG restaurants for the last 2 years this was the best sandwich ever!!!The team was amazing, very friendly and genuineWe where traveling from Niagara to Montreal we stopped by for lunch and was really happy for the amazing experience we’ve had !Cheers

Live the food here!! This place is great burgers are HUGE if you don't want a big double patty burger make sure u ask for the "little" option lol and the fries here are my absolute fav!! Fresh cut real potatoes. And on top of that if u order a regular size frie you get double what you thinknur gonna get they always fill the frie container and then add an extra scoop of fries into ur bag amazing !!! If I had to give 1 complaint it would be that they don't have gravy other than that everything's great!! Even the staff here are great!! I will definitely continue to come to this location !!Kid-friendliness: They don't have kids meals but they have high chairs and are very kid friendlyDietary restrictions: They cook there fries in peanut oil

A restaurant is only as good as there cooks. I have to say their cooks are great. I've ordered here a few times and I've never been disappointed. Well worth the money and great portions.

Went in at 4pm. Ordered 2 orders of fries . They were greasy and obviously re-warmed because they were ready in minutes. I complained as we threw them in the trash . The person offered to make us fresh ones. My question is.. why didn’t they make them FRESH the 1st time??? Won’t be going back .

extremely busy when we came today with only 3 people working. The skip machine was not working so they had a very angry skip driver that was extremely rude an behaviour was unexceptionable. The employees handled the situation extremely well and he did receive his order asap. everything was made perfect to order and even tho they could barley keep up they were still very friendly! clean place

Great dining experience. Place was steady with customers. Staff were pleasant and service was quick and food was hot, fresh and delicious. Love the cut fries with the skin still on and grilled mushrooms and onions on the burger.

The burgers are amazing, and the lobby and cook area was clean, but the men's bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, maybe never properly cleaned. I also ordered Cajun fries, and they were so salted that it was near impossible to enjoy. There is definitely room for improvement on this visit.

The fries were excellent, very tasty. Unfortunately, that is the only nice thing I have to say about this place. Service was very slow despite it being just myself and one other customer in the restaurant. My burger was terrible. It was a sloppy mess, one patty was in between the buns and the other was maybe a third in the bun and the rest just hanging out. When I unwrapped it the toppings slid out everywhere. I could get over that if it tasted good but unfortunately it didn't. Ate half then threw it out which is a bummer for $12. Have been to 5 guys before (granted not this location) and it did not taste like that.

My friends and I visited this location during a road trip a couple weeks ago. While giving our order, the cashier accidentally forgot to punch in the toppings on our burgers, so we ended up with burgers with just bacon on them. The ladies at the counter were terrific though, and had offered to completely remake the burgers for us. We just decided to get the toppings from them and dress the burgers we had instead.We got there at the beginning of an evening rush, and I must say, they're team was so in sync during the entire thing. They communicated extremely well, and powered through the rush like it was nothing.This wasn't our first time here, and it certainly won't be the last. Great job, guys! Your efforts don't go unnoticed.

Been to the one in Montreal and we were all so impressed with the quality, taste as well as cost. Let me tell you, couldn't wait to try Hamiltons Centennial pkway locale. I am so satisfied and I cannot believe the consistency of five guys. Centennial just made my day and our new fav burger joint, the fries are also to die for, just like the old fry truck taste. Peanut oil! Hubby and son had bacon burger and i had the smaller version. The fry quantity was abundant, 1 fry would have done all 3 of us. The topping were plenty as you choose your own. Now 3 adult were fed and still have left overs for under $60. Consistency is the key, I cannot wait to enjoy again.

The only reason you get a two star it’s because the quality of the food is good, but next time I call In For a pick up and you say ready in 10 minutes does it mean you make it in front of me for another 10 minutes once I pay when I get there!UPDATE!Today I had two burgers order.. they put the wrong burger in the wrong bag, my cousin had an allergic reaction as he cannot have hot peppers… thanks for causing my cousin to be bed ridden now… also found a nice large HAIR inside my burger!Il be contacting corporate about your location.. I’ve had enough of the incompetence. On top of that, you don’t pick up your phone to rectify the issue.

Wow what an amazing burger and service. I’ve been to this location 3-4 times now and I prefer it over Newmarket or Vaughan. Not only is the burger juicy and cheesy but the service is 100% better here. Robin and her coworkers work together to make sure a busy rush is cleared fast and with a smile, I wish I had more names too give but you all were amazing ! Thanks again for such a great tasty burger ! I’ll be back again for sure! Money worth spending !

Lousy service Sunday night, out of ketchup-informed staff-not filled up, wasn't busy 3 employees. They were out of lettuce & bacon. Gave us extra lousy limp fries. Very disappointing & overpriced even for post pandemic greed! All tables were filthy except one. Only one other table had customers. Condiment counters filthy as well. Burgers are nothing special, Burnt Tongue has waaayyy better burgers fries and service!!
