This family driven bakery has wide selection of baked products. We tried meat pies and donuts. I would say pies have a little lack of taste. It seems that the meat is missing the very necessary ingredient that gives the dish its unique taste. the dough is delicious. but I would say that this dough is more suitable for pies with cottage cheese or berry filling or jam. Also prices could be more affordable. especially considering that they are located in the forest on their own property and not in the city downtown with a high visitor traffic. Beef rolls they sell for $3.25 when bakery in Oakville sells similar rolls for $1.69. However they sell eggs for $5.50/dozen which is not bad.

Stopped here for the first time yesterday (April 5th/24).Saw a sign after being rerouted and pulled in at the last second. Its a nice place. I paid $24 for 6 tarts and a loaf of banana bread. Brought dessert home and was pretty disappointed. The butter tarts were just OK and the banana bread sucked, it was salty and dry and didnt taste much like banana at all. If youre willing to pay this much here, there are tastier options elsewhere. They have a variety of other baked goods but we definately wont be back to try them.

Great local bakery, friendly and warm staff, felt like being invited into someone's kitchen. Delicious tarts and donuts. I see some people reviewing here that thier products are expensive but that's only if you are comparing them to large grocery store chains bakeries who serve up sub par food in huge quantities that cannot even compare in taste or time/love baked into the products at this lovely bakery. Perfectly priced for what you get to enjoy.

The meat pies are bloody amazing delicious good gravy moist pastry is good I would have given them a five star but I saw that they have sausage rolls ordered four ,asked them to heat them up for me and they charged me $.75 per sausage roll to warm them up ,that left a really bad taste in my mouth.

It lacked the obvious artificial or preserved flavour that pie crusts or savory pies seem to have when store bought. This one was much better. Thank you so much. I had the onion and steak.
Stopped by after going to Mountsberg Conservation, got butter tarts, outstanding

Purchased the variety pack of butter tarts. With original butter, raspberry and raspberry coconut flavours. The raspberry coconut has easily become my new favourite!

$10.50 for a meat pie the size of my closed fist? At this price I expected something exceptional but it was far from that

Very tasty meat pies and tarts. Customer experience was wholesome and welcoming and loved the food as much as the staff. Pricing is a tad higher but we'll worth it
Most delicious donuts warm and fresh
