Been going to Freshii just about every day for lunch as it's a healthier, but still delicious option. The 2 staff members are very nice and answer any questions or concerns I have while quickly completing orders to move the line along. Definitely recommend the Greek Salad ?.

The person who made my order was really cheap. He stuffed the bowl with rice and minimum amount of veggies in it. I mean really? This is what they give you for $12 spent? I will never go back to this location again. Please note, I didn't want to give any star.

The guy working here don't have sense how to talk with delivery driver. He uses abusive language with me. The head of freshi should tale strick action against him. I was thinking he was nice guys but he resulted to be worst guys I have ever been. Although I have reported to the uber also .

Ordered the texmex bowl and the 3/4 of the bowl was cold dry rice. The rest of the 1/4 were beans, salsa, corn and cheese. Considering the total quantity was questionable to begin with. Not a good experience

Good service, but the bowls are smaller and not many toppings compared to other freshii. the only thing that has me going to this location is convenience.

Brutal with the small portion sizes of toppings and charging extra for items such as extra sauce. Other locations serve bigger portions and the amount of sauce as an option at the Dundas location.Extremely disappointing.

I have been regular at this location and they never fail to amaze me. The bowls are well crafted and packed with freshly prepared stuff fitting in my healthy meal of the day goal. I highly recommend this particular location.

I would like to inform you of the unprofessional behavior experienced at your place of business on April 16 at 1pm.One of the staff member (male) has been mistreating third party delivery partners for no reason.I am sure that it was an isolated incident which does not reflect the company's mission, and that all the measures will be taken in order to avoid it in the future.Kind regards

I usually get the same wrap every time. This time my wrap was poorly executed. There was almost nothing but rice. I ended paying 10$ for plain rice. All the ingredients I asked explicitly to be added to my wrap were basically missing. I would not recommend and I would never return to this location. Bummer!

We paid $73 for three salads and a soup- which wasn't a huge problem until we tried the food.Reference point: I had freshii in Square One back in 2016 when they just came on the scene and it was delicious and fresh.Flash forward to now, I had the lemongrass soup with chicken and the chicken was rubbery yet squishy... it seemed waterlogged. It actually had the same texture as the chicken from Subway- which stopped me from going there.Anyway, the other ingredients were just tasteless and weird textured as well and I wish we hadn't purchased. Try it for yourself.
