Actually the best food in McMaster, Shawarma pizza is goated, only reason why service is a 4, is because the workers dont keep up with making a fresh pizza when their most popular one is about to finish, which is common sense. its also EXTREMELY HOT

the pizza was tasty don't get me wrong but I called the pizza place before he got his physical self to the door and the delivery guy too my change. I asked the man at the store to tell buddy to bring change and I got to give him a 12$ tip I wasn't expecting to give out..I guess next time I'll make sure I have perfect payment amount...??

As an Uber driver providing feedback, I visited to pick up a customer’s order at 11:50 pm, the restaurant usually closed at 12 am, the supposed last order time. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the store routinely closes an hour earlier, lacking the necessary materials to prepare food. Even open sign was on for the restaurant. This experience left a negative impression, as orders were not prepared to meet the 12 am deadline.

Make hand washing a priority! I saw two employees start making food without washing hands. The first touching her phone right before making food and the second did cash right before he threw his hands in the cheese and dough.

Placed an order online for pick-up. I showed up the store 20 minutes later to pay for the order, and they tell me that their machine was done and they couldn't make the order. Okay... But you guys had my phone number. Couldnt have called me to tell me this so I didnt have to waste time?

Ordered a panzerotti, and a 2L Diet Pepsi spend $25.09, Gino’s called and said they have only regular Pepsi, okay no problem. Then the order came and sent Garlic Bites and a 2L bottle of 7up. I called the store to let them know I had received the wrong order. They said that I had the correct order and hung up on me. I called back, and explained, again they hung up on me! Never received my dinner! Worst customer service ever!

I've tried the Chicken Shawarma Pizza ? twice but didn't much enjoy it the second time around. Not meaty enough, I felt. I really enjoyed it the first time. Having said that it's a nice restaurant to pickup a quick bite if you are in the mood for ?. The service was prompt and friendly. Dine in is not available but there is a small area to stand and eat.

5.5/10Pretty bad. I won't even break the rating down too much as everything is bad. Crust is too thick and tasteless. Sauce is bland. Lots of cheese but it's also pretty bland. Toppings are average.
