The service at this location is just terrible. Their staff which were 2 girls were chatting very loud and ignored customers. Leaving customers standing there at the counter while they're busy talking to each other. Tried to ask questions and got ignored as well. For more context, the store was not busy as all and one of the staff was not even making drinks or anything, she just looked at us when we walked in and then turned her back to talk. Drinks were okay we are Gong Cha fans but definitely not coming back to this specific location again.

My bad experience started with the excruciatingly slow service. We literally waited over 30 minutes for two drinks and a little croffle. There were only four people there us included. When we finally got our order, the brown sugar bubble tea that I ordered was so extremely sweet, it should have been poured on top of some pancakes! They did remake it reluctantly as there was no way I could drink that. But the new drink they made was not sealed properly. It spilled all over my car and phone. The flavour of the tea is only mediocre. Deerioca from the Alley tastes 10x better.

I have been to this location a few times and the service is ALWAYS slow and the workers are rude. Yesterday I went to pick up a drink for a friend and on my way home the drink spilled all over my bag, phone, and laptop. They didn’t seal the cup properly which could have been avoided if they double checked that it was closed right or even warned me that it could spill?! My laptop is now ruined and I will never return to this location. Even though I live near westdale, I would rather commute all the way downtown because that location has always been a good experience.
