Really love this place. We went for the first time in 2022 after moving to Hamilton. Unfortunately we went right before they were close to closing and they were out of a few items. The staff actually prepared the items fresh for us and gave us some fries for the wait. The food was delicious and we go atleast once every 2 months.

Place has gone downhill. Used to be our favourite go to for chicken shawrama. Last night both our meals had so much gristle in the meat we ended up just throwing it out. Not impressed. Waste of money & food.

I love greek/Mediterranean food and I especially enjoy supporting local businesses while I'm in the area. This was my first time at Greek Palace, while the food was average vs. other Greek Quick serve places the service was not..I'm sorry to say that even the smallest of asks was strictly refused.. such as getting more potatoes and less rice on my platter, not looking to break the bank just a simple trade-off of starches is all. It's simple request that I make routinely at other establishments met with no resistance but not the case here. I'm not one to write reviews often.. but had to here.. for the prices I believe it's a request that should be honored to provide service that is in keeping with the quality of food for the price.

The folks who work here are great. It's my family's favourite spot. The food is delicious but more importantly the staff don't rush or pressure you even though they are very busy and under pressure themselves.Wish they had room for better seating

My husband and I went today and order two chicken pita wrap.Let’s start with the food: The chicken was seasoned to perfection! It was flavourful and tender the pita was toasted to perfection to top it off the hot sauce on the side was to die for. We also ordered a side of fries which was fresh, crispy and nicely salted. Everything tasted made to order and fresh. The service was Amazing! The gentlemen that took our order at the front was very welcoming. The atmosphere was clean, and aesthetically please the plant that is in the store gave it life. Tables have a nice Rustic look to it. The washroom was clean and nice. Overall I will drive from Brampton to come back here.
Always fresh authentic delicious food. Service is fast and friendly. Eat in small but clean and comfortable area or take out. Perfect for family night dinner pick up. Great value.

I used to eat at the old location downtown once a week for lunch. This has always been my favourite Greek spot in Hamilton.I'm very happy that its still just as delicious in the new location. Location is super clean, staff friendly as always. Prices are decent, huge portions. Absolutely delicious!! They have the best potatoes, the best tzatziki, the best souvlaki and the best Greek salads in the city hands down. Their dressing and the fresh feta on the salad are to die for!!I had a chicken souvlaki platter and took baklava home. This ended up being two meals for me. Everything was 10/10, can't wait to go back!
