It is so nourishing and I am trying to heal from fibromyalgia.The combination between the amazing food they make to support a healing body and their support on your healing path, it has kept me coming back. I have learned so much from kelvin and appreciate Julie for working hard at making my meals.It might not be a place for everyone that is for sure, but if you see what they are trying to do to help people heal and feel balanced and whole, it's a serious gem in Hamilton.Many blessings to the whole family!!
