Just love this place. The meal is so wholesome. We ordered veg miso ramen, hot sake, cheesecake and match ice cream. Everything tasted excellent. The service was exceptional and the place is really clean and tidy.

This is my first time visiting this Ramen spot in Hamilton, it’s located in a very busy area of Hamilton and parking can be difficult to find as it can be a little expensive to go to a parking lot or street parking. But the restaurant itself has a very nice and quaint feel to it and the atmosphere is very old-school Japanese. The service was quick and fast and very accommodating the food itself the Ramen was outstanding. I love the combinations that they were using, the broth was up to standards for what they were charging I did get the biggest one they had for the price point it was at. They do have much cheaper options for a smaller portion but I wanted to try the best one they had and the biggest one and this was it. they also had many other types of toppings. You can add on to your Ramen, which would enhance the flavour to give you a specific taste that you like but overall the place was nice, clean accommodating fast and they served good Ramen, and they have options for different price points if you do not want to go for very expensive. I definitely will be coming back here to try the other options that they have.

I enjoy the atmosphere here, The staff were very professional and the restaurant was very clean, I have nothing negative to say about Kenzo Ramen.The food meets expectations and the price were acceptable.But wait..Obviously the exterior is well..Downtown Hamilton, However I will say the store was excellent ?Over all 4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

By far the best Kenzo I have been too. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Especially when talking allergies. The food is top notch for the price, which is always a win. I recently tried the takoyaki and 10/10 would recommend - even if you’re unsure of the ingredients (I was too) it was so yummy! This is my go to spot for gyoza and pick me up soup. My ramen looks plain but it’s because I don’t get any of the vegetables sometimes - they give a great portion of everything that is suppose to come with it!

If you are looking for a place where you get treated with no care and a place so small you hear everyone’s conversations while you eat, I’ve got the place for you!!!I got extremely sick at the restaurant soon after finishing the meal, my body felt extremely hot and my face went red and flushed, went to the bathroom to puke and didn’t have strength to walk out for about 15 minutes. Once I came out the worker did not even ask if I was okay, when I clearly looked ill, just proceeded to pushingly ask if I needed the machine so I could pay, will never be returning. I get it looks bad on the restaurant if someone gets sick, so making me leave is a priority but gosh that was horrible, at least ask if I’m okay. It was clearly their food.
