My experience here was rather interesting... I asked for a combo and the lady told me there was no more chicken left. She offered me to come to the back to help her which is very weird considering there were 2 other ladies at the back (not sure what they were doing). So I went and asked what was going on and one of them started pulling down my pants! The lady said "I will give you some oily chicken" and we proceeded to do the deeds while the other workers were watching me splash some of the oil on her face (accidental). Very odd experience, but satisfied with the service.

Tried to order food off the menu 30 minutes before closing. They told me they weren't preparing food anymore. This has happened multiple times. If you aren't going to serve the food, either take it off the menu, or put a sign up saying you aren't making certain food anymore, so I don't waste my time standing in line, only for you guys to say "oh, we can't make that right now", 30 minutes before you close up

Disappointed by the chicken size. They tell us it's cut differently that's why it looks smaller. We are not stupid. They cut all the chicken into 2 and 3 pieces now. Higher prices lower quantities.

Worst experience ever. This was the first and of course last time Going to this location. I ordered combo with 4 chicken with fries and drink paid almost 15 dollars there. But the chicken was worst oily and smell so bad. We could even eat it. Never never going back to them.

I went to this location with a coupon for 2 for $5 Original Recipe sliders. The coupon said to present it before ordering, which I did. After several minutes of the cashier trying to enter the coupon, another person came out and said it needed to be ordered online. I have used this exact coupon in-person at the counter before. I am very angry that they gave false information to avoid honouring this coupon.
