I really enjoy the food but this visit wasn't the best customer service. I didn't know how much exactly was ok my gift card and they don't have a way to check. After using it a few times, it's hard to keep track. They seemed annoyed that I didn't know and just told me they can't check and there is no way for me to check. My boyfriend and I just bought a boneless bucket a few minutes ago. It has 8pcs. Chicken tenders, Lg. Popcorn chicken and Lg. Fries. The person taking my order asked for the sides, I chose gravy. Then, she said so no fries. I asked her wasn’t the fries already included in the menu though? She said no. I also told her to change the dip from honey mustard to BBQ. And, funny no dips included in the bag. Already had a problem with the order plus missing dips.

My experience was ordered through DoorDash, several items were missing, called to report to store and was told that all items were there, which they weren’t. Then while eating the meal, a dead earwig was in my bucket of chicken. Reported to store to be told you have to call DoorDash. DoorDash was helpful!
