I don't go here often. Last time I went, I ordered a bucket combo. Around 5pm. You would think it would be fresh at that time. Food was cold and old. I should have went back but didn't. My wife said "Forget about it". Lesson learned.

Friendly staff and helpful onsite. There was a rather long wait for food. This was frustrating mainly because we had gift cards and tried to preorder so it would be ready. There app doesn’t accept gift cards. This has been a problem for years and really should be solved by now, hence the lower service rating.

By far the worst food I've ever tasted, I have never eaten something so disgusting. A matter of fact, I had a four piece chicken meal with gravy and had one piece of chicken and a few french fries and threw it out. This is not my first visit there and it seems food is just getting worse and worse. I will never return to this place again

The gravy was 6.99 for a large and it had no taste it seemed watered down I would of got a med gravy but they didn't have that size the cashier was not helpful at all.

I probably not go to kfc again the chicken peice is cold and dry to eat when I call the store to look into that she started arguing that they make the fresh chicken that I can understand however I get a cold one , thinking of a crispy fresh chicken I decided to try kfc today but that is turn into a bad idea now0 for customer service

Great service, the guy was very nice. Great juicy chicken. Can't say anything special about the ambience as we all know what a KFC looks like, very similar to the rest of them.

I tried to pick-up an Uber order from this restaurant, there was nobody at the front counter. Upon knocking the counter a girl shows up and told me that order had been picked up. Then she changed her mind and told me that it will take 13-15 minutes for the order to get ready. Upon asking the reason she got mad and couldn't give satisfactory answer. This was my 1st and hopefully last visit to this restaurant. One cannot tolerate such an unprofessional attitude of a restaurant employee.

December 2, 2023 placed my order at 5:50 PM 14 piece bucket family meal deal to go the worst service ever worst experience. The lady taking my order was so rude acting like she came off the bender. Just completely disgusted of me just being there and anyone else she was so rude. Makes me not want to come back to this location. Unbelievable are used to have good service here, but this girl takes the cake just gross her attitude not wanting to talk whatsoever zero skills zero training worst experience ever and then when I got home with my 14 piece bucket, there was absolutely zero wings in it which is odd and my food was ready, but she made me wait five more minutes anyway I have a feeling she might have been racist. Guess I’m not the right type of human being for her.

Management!!!! My first time for lunch at this location. I was the only customer. Now I know why.You let 20 boy students, walk around, using bad language, spilling pop all over the floor making it slippery, picking fights, throwing food, the tables are a nightmare. Never coming back.

Ordered chicken on two occasions. First time chicken was greasy and soggy. NOT what I wanted so second time I asked to make sure skin was crispy. She spoke to cook and out loud said to me “we only serve soggy skin chicken”. I will NEVER eat there again. Ruined it for me
