We ordered lunch today through Skip for the office staff and we were delivered the complete wrong order. The Skip driver did not take any responsibility and left.We called the store and spoke to a women who was understanding, apologetic and offered to remake the order and have it delivered directly. The food is incredibly delicious, so fresh and authentic. So far we have tried the falafel wrap, fries and baba ghanoush. Everything has been 5 stars! And each time, the service has been exceptional. In particular, I want to gratefully acknowledge that on New Year's Eve, they had already closed their doors but I was desperately knocking as my mother, who is in the hospital was craving their falafel and fries. This salad that I ordered was so d*** amazing. The salt was dead on honestly. I'm so glad that I saw the big bowl sitting on the counter. Because that is exactly what I needed today.
