This place is SO terrible, do not go here!!! I've been going to this lazeez for so many years (almost 8 years) and I am a regular customer. The management has gone downhill - the old guy is SO rude and disrespectful. A few weeks ago, I went in and asked for lazeez on the rocks with less chicken and more rice. The manager got upset at me and told me he would charge me extra because I was trying to rip him off. I explained that I wanted 1/3 of the normal amount of chicken they put (saving him money) and I wanted to substitute it with a little extra rice instead. He kept getting angry and told me that I was trying to rip him off and take his money. It was such an uncomfortable experience, especially considering I go there weekly and get the exact same order... and have never been treated this way.He ended up re-making my order with regular amount of chicken and rice. The food was bland and tasteless, and I ended up throwing most of the chicken away... which could have been avoided if he had just listened to my request. The customer service has truly gotten so bad they literally don't care or respect anyone. This place used to be good but the manager (old guy) has really taken this place to the dumps.

Came here for a chicken shawarma on the sticks and safe to say I’m disappointed. The chicken was dry and bland. Tasted like cardboard and no chicken was present. The fries tasted soggy and like they were refried after being fried an hour ago. Horrible experience and was not worth the 11 dollars I spent here. I’ve noticed the quality went downhill.

Compared to other sharwarma restaurants, this one is one of the worst for value for money. A "large" chicken sharwarma on fries with garlic sauce for $14.25 was not worth it for me. No toppings or salad included.The meat was nothing special and the fries were plain regular fries.Sorry won't be a customer again.

This is just the scam place i would say, they have specials and they still charge you original price saying ohh sorry but do not return the difference , before this once i order some stuff and he punched in other expensive stuff , when i asked for reciept he made excuses , at last he got caught and started apolosizing bt again didnt return differnce ! The owner or the manager (old guy) does this all i would recommend that please take your reciepts after order and do not visit place always find another options across street they have far more honest employees and managers. This is third time i got scammed here this is ridiculous place to visit !
