Used to order from Lee’s years ago, wife and I got sick one time on some food. We tried another competitor in Dundas (won’t mention the name), and apparently it’s under new owners. Their food was just not very appetizing, so on New Year’s Eve 2023, we ordered BBQ Pork Fried Rice, Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls, and Tempra Battered Shrimp along with a couple of egg rolls. The food was hot and fresh, egg rolls were nice and crunchy with a lot of filling. Have tried the Won Ton Soup in the past, very nice tasty flavour of broth, mixed with pork won tons, spinach and mushrooms. Friendly proprietorsserving the public, can take-out or have delivery on “Skip the Dishes”.

We have had Lee’s Chinese Food on Main Street West in Hamilton over the years and it has always been fresh and hot. We ordered takeout Sunday and it was delicious. It is a small family run business and the owners are lovely. The dinner was $49 for 3 with

We just moved back in this hood, 08/17/2023 area, when we lived in Dundas, ON about 10 years ago, we ordered from this restaurant frequently when we felt like Chinese Food. We since moved far away, so we had chosen or found other establishments. On this day, I wasn’t overly hungry 08/20/23 they close at 10:00 P.M. on Sundays. I placed just a small order of (2) egg rolls and (1) Won Ton soup for pickup. I ordered about 9:25 P.M. and picked my order up at 9:45 P.M. Took my food home, the egg rolls were excellent, good size with plenty of filling inside them (thick and crunchy). The Won Ton soup came in a styrofoam bowl and plastic lid. The broth was steaming hot, broth was excellent, not too salty. Had many ingredients, like huge won ton noodles (with meat inside, very flavourful), mushrooms, spinach leaves, shreds of BBQ pork all in all a very enjoyable “snack”. Friendly proprietors and staff on hand at time of pickup. Will definitely be returning back!Parking: Lots of parking-In the Whitney Plaza parking lot.

Ordered food for pickup , they said it would be ready in twenty mins and it was . I ordered Chicken Chow Mein , Chicken Fried Rice , Dry Garlic Spareribs , and ty dop voy . All the entres were obviously fresh made and delicious. I was amazed . Older Gentleman and his wife prepared the food. This is the best Chinese food I've had for years !

Ordered take-out for the first time from this restaurant, and really did not enjoy it. We ordered General Tso's Chicken and had to throw it out because it tasted so bad. The chicken balls were super hard and didn't taste great. We won't order here again. I suppose the positive was that the gentleman at the counter was very friendly.

Best value for tasty Chinese takeout. Best egg rolls around recommended

I mean just wow. Ended up resorting to this place as all the Dundas locations closed early; even with a 20 min drive delivery I can honestly say this was the best Chinese takeout I’ve ever had. My first immediate thought was how well everything was seasoned; like proper cooking season all ingredients individually before cooking vibe. The egg rolls were packed with flavour and super crunchy; the beef and vegetables had so much beefy umami flavour that it was uncharacteristically my favourite dish and will be the reason I order from them again; chicken fried rice was amazing; chicken balls and deep fried shrimp were what you’d expect. Absolutely worth it

First and last time there. Food was really awful. Chicken balls were hard as rock with a tiny 1/4 inch piece of chicken in the middle of a 2 inch ball. Sweet and sour sauce was like glue. Mushroom Chow mein was 99% % bean sprouts and tasteless. And egg rolls, which are hard to get wrong, were awful too. Don't waste your money here.

It took 2 hours and 20 minutes to get our food to us. Every time we called, after the first hour, they lied that it was on its way and would be a couple of minutes. Terrible business. And the food wasn't that great, either. Chan's and Empress Wok are much better, and much more professional.

I placed an order for delivery and they said it would be about an hour. Instead I waited 4 hrs I called 3 times asking where my order is they said it’s out with the driver for delivery then they call me back saying that they had spelled the address wrong the whole time and when I did get my food it wasn’t worth the wait I’m never ordering from there again

Tonight was our first time trying Lee’s Chinese. It’s been a challenge to find good Chinese food in the city since nellies and Kim shans closed. However, if you liked those places, you’ll love this place! Everything was hot and fresh, not greasy at all, even the fried items. Even though it’s Christmas Day, I was able to call, place an order and pick it up within an hour! So far we have tried their pork friend rice - tender meat, nice smoky savory taste. Beef and broccoli - tender beef and fresh al dente broccoli, onions and carrots. Mushroom egg foo young, hands down the best I have tasted yet! Their egg rolls are up there with some of the best, ours were cold so I don’t feel like I got the full experience, but next time ??!! Sweet and sour chicken balls were crunchy and delicious, sauce has a nice tang to it. Overall I would recommend this Chinese restaurant! I would have given 4.5 if I could, lost half a point for the cold egg rolls, but honestly I was looking for things that were wrong and that was it!
