Cool to go up the elevator and then walk into a museum of vintage collectibles and photos. Club bar is not trendy, it's a bit rough looking tbh but it doesn't need to be ... This place is about the show. A basic bar and simple, menu of low price drinks and food means people will make a quick decision on what they want and everyone can focus on the show!

Feel like getting out, not sure where to go ... give it a try. Great place for some laughs

Anyone that gave this place a bad review is completely mistaken. I went for my first time for amateur night (5$ which is incredible value for the experience). Not only were the comedians hilarious, but my face is in pain from the amount of laughter I had. Food was a tad pricey, but alcohol was SUPER cheap from my experience at multiple different bars and lounges, for under $80 I had the night of my life with my girlfriend and I will be returning many more times. Thanks Levity!!

TERRIBLE place in every possible way! We went there to see the comedy contest Wednesday night, and was literally there for almost 3 hours, and was not served ONCE!! Made eye contact with the waitress (if you can call her that, brunette, long curly hair) at LEAST 3 times, she turned away, and never came over.We came planning for dinner and drinks, maybe an $80-$100 night, and we drank FREE WATER all night, that we had to get up and fetch ourselves!Comics were just OK, host was pretty bad, it seems the people they find funny there just yell random crap, that's their idea of humor, maybe giggled 2-3 times, mainly at the final headliner, which was actually good.Would NOT go back, and would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Staff were rude, place looked outdated, smelled bad, and there were loud noises coming from a corner of the room all night, during the performances, that sounded like a darn Jet engine dying!Wish Yuk Yuks was still here, didn't suck like this place. Go hire some REAL staff, clean & update the place, and maybe do some maintenance there.

We had a good laugh! Good night out, Good wings and nachos! Good selection of beer.We got a bottle of cabernet sauvignon and their house bottle was Santa Carolina - would not recommend it but we didn’t come here just for the wine so overall great experience.

Reasonably priced. Good, cozy atmosphere to enjoy some laughs! Wings were tasty. I would return again.

Wednesday nights are the best bang for your buck in the city, amaruer comics are almost always professionals so you really are getting a 30-40$ show for only 5$, staff are always so helpful and king and most are comics too! Great community

I've had several fun nights at Levity seeing friends in shows. You go up a glass elevator that looks out into the street up to a funky bar and lounge with amazing vintage decor. There are tons of record covers, vintage toys and rock and roll memorabilia - great vibe. In the back is the theatre space with tables for guests so they can drink and dine throughout the show. They've got it down to a science. Wait staff take orders before and during the show and restock drinks and even check you out / close your tab before the show ends.A few of us shared chicken quesadillas and double chicken wings with 2 kinds of sauce which were all very good. They've got made to order cocktails, beer and cider as well as canned cocktails. I heard on amateur night the wings are half off. A few of my friends have taken the classes and really enjoyed them. I've enjoyed seeing them and their classmates nail their class shows. All of the comedians I've seen at Levity have been very funny in they own unique way. The Día de los Muertos show tonight was a beautiful night of music, storytelling, comedy and remembering and honoring our lost loved ones. Edith Chavez hosted and curated the evening. All of the performers and the music was heartfelt and genuine. Looking forward to the next show / event!
