Staff are nice, but food was underwhelming. Seafood items were incredibly chewy, and everything else seemed too heavily salted. We expected much more based on other reviews and the reputation. Hopefully, they just had a bad evening. We didn't complain as we understand things don't always go perfectly, but we likely won't return for fear of a repeat evening.

Met with the owner Peter today at our table who served us himself and I can't say enough good things about this man and his family. Food, Service, the ambience was all amazing.I went with my girlfriend, brother and his wife for my birthday and everything was perfect. We ordered the table side Caesar salad and I had the Peppercorn Top Sirloin Steak, garlic mashed potato's and roasted veggies with an old fashion to drink...it was all amazing.Our waitress Amber gave us one of the best customer service experiences we ever had.

My partner and I brought my parents here for Mother’s Day, and we could not have asked for a more enjoyable dinner.We enjoyed four steaks paired with a bottle of red wine. Our cuts ranged from Rib Eye, New York Strip loin, Filet Minion - cooked from Rare to Medium. The chefs had cooked each cut to perfection.I would recommend Lorde Byron to anyone who is interested in a unique, full service dining experience. Be mindful of the high price points before booking.Thank you to Peter, Amber, and all the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our dinner experience so memorable!

We had THE BEST experience at Lord Byron yesterday. We had a 20 person event at Lord Byron and I cannot express how amazing the experience was. The serving staff was fantastic (shout out to Amber who is such an amazing waitress) the food was top notch, the appetizers were delicious and very fresh, the main courses (options were steak, chicken and salmon) were cooked to perfection and tailored to each one of our guests and the drinks were great (White Sangria is one of the best!!). The attention to detail and accommodation to our guests (which included children) were just beyond fantastic. Planning everything with Peter and Paul was seamless and easy. Whether a date night or a larger event this is a really great place to have a great meal, and intimate atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff at Lord Byron for being such a wonderful place for us to celebrate our son's big day!

At one time this restaurant was amazing. over the years it has deteriorated in many ways. Service, quality, quantity, and presentation of food. Utensils forgotten to bring to table, sauce forgotten to put on steak, cold plates, no parmesan chees on salad, was a powder of some kind. Steaks were below par and certainly not worth the money they are charging, We were the only ones in the restaurant that night and they could get nothing right. The steaks were not cooked properly. I could go on, My family have been going to this restaurant for years but it certainly has gone down hill, unfortunately to say while its like this we wont be back. It really was a horrible experience and truly disappointing for a family night out. by the way there is no menu on their website nor on the online ordering, why? and their answering machine cuts you off. We have sent a personal review direct to the restaurant.
We had a wonderful meal celebrating another family milestone. Paul and all the staff did a great job looking after us. The roast beef was very good. A bit pricey for me.

Went for a special birthday dinner last night. The food and service was definitely five ⭐️. They went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect! They even made our granddaughter French fries that aren’t on the menu to ensure she was entertained.

My wife and celebrated our 29th anniversary over dinner Tonite.The ambience and service exceeded what many other establishments achieve.Peter and hostess Amber were most accommodating.My wife's salmon choice and my rib eye were in no way disappointing, in fact excellent.By all means try them out.You I'll not be disappointed. We had such a fabulous evening on March 17, 2022!! The service was outstanding (probably the best we've ever had at any restaurant), the food was fantastic and the ambiance was amazing. The building has such beautiful character!Our server was so full of life that we actually felt energized after we left (I wish I could remember her name but she has long reddish hair).We've noticed a massive decline in customer service at most restaurants (even prior to covid), like companies don't care anymore. This was not the case at Lord Byron's, they made us feel so welcome and were incredibly attentive. Thank you so much for a wonderful time and for restoring our faith in society!!!!!
