Wish I can give a higher rating on the food because it is absolutely delicious! My only issue is that the quality is not consistent. I go almost every week for my rare beef & beef ball pho and some days it’s absolutely perfect but some days there’s barely any beef or balls. Not only that, the beef is always fully cooked by the time our bowl gets to the table. It’s supposed to be RARE BEEF PHO. Quite disappointing.

Went here for the first time with my family. They had no music. The place was really cold and I noticed that the thermostat was set to 19°. It was not warm and cozy. The food had really good flavor, but the portions were so small. The other pho Down the street gives you way more food therefore, we’re not coming back.The staff was super nice

Would give 0 stars if possible. Just before starting to eat a raccoon broke through the ceiling! I promise I'm not making this up. I can turn a blind eye to other things like the washroom smelling like a Porto potty, or that they messed up the order a bit... But I draw the line at racoons in the restaurant. Left pretty much right after the incident. People seem to like the food based on other reviews but the restaurant being clean and sanitary is equally, if not more important than how tasty the food is. Eat there at your own discretion, I will never go back.
