I wish I could give it a 10 star. The food was amazing and the staff demonstrated the prime example of customer service with going above and beyond the ensure I had a great experience. Even with my kid feeling ill she went out of her way to ensure my kid was okay and feeling well. Thank you again for everything. 10/10.

Amazing employees. Always so nice to my son. I’ve always gone to this location. Since 2 have opened on the Hamilton, Mountain, I’ve tried both of them, and nothing compares to the one on Centennial Parkway. I drive all the way from stone church to go down the mountain to get chicken from that specific location after the horrible experiences I’ve had at the new ones on the mountain. I know when I go down the mountain to Centennial Parkway. I am going to get the best chicken in Hamilton, I’m going to be served by fantastic employees that treat their customers extremely well and my money will be well spent. I am very happy to support this location. The owner should be proud of the employees that serve the customers.Kid-friendliness: They have at times offered my son a dessert for free and make him get so excited to come down with me to get chicken.
The chicken is amazing, full of flavour and worth every penny! I highly recommend Mary Browns! The chicken is kicking and finger licking! The fries and wedges are amazing! The coleslaw is flawless 10 Stars!

Service has always been good at this location. The chicken tastes like u made it at home I like the spicy chicken, it’s actually spicy unlike the one at Wendy’s. I hope they don’t change how spicy it is. It would be nice if they offer extra spicy so that the whole chicken is covered in spice. The team at this location keep it nice and tidy.

If you ever want to experience an above and beyond kind of service, meet navpreet at this location.Absolutely phenomenal at her job, went above and beyond to help me figure out dispute with my Uber order, while handling the drive through window, other deliveries and take out orders.Whenever I am going to feel like having a hood chicken sandwich this is going to be my go to place forever.??????????

The service I got from this place is first class! Rajbir who was working at the cash informed me that my order would take about 15 minutes. The waiting time did not bother me since she was very accomodating to all my questions and recommended the best deal for the value I am paying for.I normally just write reviews for bad experiences but I made an exception and took the effort to write one for this above and beyond experience.Good job Rajbir and keep it up.
