This location is something else. Surrounded by drug addicts and homeless people begging for money and if you say no they get a little hostile. Order is always missing something when you go through the drive-thru. The staff are way to busy talking and or on their phones. My last visit there I went into the washroom and there was a man and women in the handicapped stall getting it on. I spoke to the staff and no one seemed to care. By far the worst location in Hamilton in my opinion.
This has to be one of the worst McDonald's on the face of the earth, they some how manage to forget my nugget sauce everytime and my most recent trip half of my nuggets must have been from the previous day because they were hard as a rock.

Okay, so here's a weird thing. Me and my friends all ordered the surf and turf Burger which was new. It's supposed to contain one Filet-O-Fish patties and two hamburger patties. Everybody got one hamburger patty except for me hence the four-star review. Otherwise, it's McDonald's. If you really need to read a review before going here, don't come here. If you don't already love McDonald's it is not for you.
