Food was great, the staff were very nice, but it wasn’t very clean. The eating area itself was clean but everywhere else was dusty, dirty walls, fingerprints and drip marks over a lot of surfaces.

I loved this place so much. Till tonight. I placed two separate orders to ensure my husband would not get onions, as he is allergic. The owners wife is the one who answered the phone. She was extremely rude.All sandwiches arrived with onions. I asked if I could bring the ones back that have onions. She said "NO". I get it times are tough for everyone.I run a business as well, and my customers are my number one priority. Very disappointed in the customer service and I will not be back.Do better!!SincerelyKate

We’re yelling at me cause I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to use the washroom, mind you it’s a restaurant with three bathrooms one for staff which I saw one out of order and one that was open. My partner was using the washroom and they asked if I was going to order I said were just using the washroom and then yes. They lost it and told me to get out and got very angry before h could bark speak

Food was outstanding, we got the big melt and the monster melt , food took very little time and service in general quick. The staff inside are also extremely kind.
Amazing. Steak and cheese and the bacon avocado is so delicious!! Also very reasonably priced! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a simple yet delicious dinner/lunch, all the sandwiches/grilled cheeses are amazing.

Ordered tater tots, mac and cheese, tattooed chicken club, kids grilled cheese, poutine, standard burger and a milkshake. All their food was good except for the mac and cheese and kids grilled cheese. The mac and cheese was mushy and bland. The kids grilled cheese had one slice of cheese between thick slices of bread. It should have been more cheesey or used thinner bread. Would order from here again.

Food amazing milkshake was so chocolate ice cream not vanilla with chocolate sauce!;)Parking however is difficult but u can easily park in the centermall lot and walk over or park on street with hazzard lights on in loading zone for a quickpop in)Worth the visit thanks guys .

i am currently eating the southern fried chicken melt (on multigrain, no pickles) and this is the best thing i have ever tasted. this sandwich has changed the trajectory of my life forever. i shed a tear while writing this. the joy that this sandwich has brought me is indescribable. whoever made it deserves the world. i’m not overreacting
