I always rave and tell everyone about this place...how good the food is.! Had people over from out of town and wanted PHO... So i said right away that Toronto PHO is the best around here! We called to order. When i got back hone we were missing our pad thai. And had to drive back for it...10 min each way! The spring rolls where burnt ! And when we finally got our pad thai... it was too spicy to eat...even though i ordered it mild. Also DON'T order there mango salad...very little mango in it mostly carrots and peppers and topped wuth boiled chicken was gross! So all round i was so disappointed and the price was a lot for few dishes. They messed up and made us feel like it was our fault. But it obviously wasn't. We paid for something had to drive to the restaurant 2 times and wasn't offered anything to fix the issue!

Garbage pho, and overpriced. I paid $18 for a small pho, noodles undercooked, and I’m pretty sure these ppl charged 18% gratuity without consent. Def go somewhere else!! Nerve again!

Ordered the shrimp pad Thai last week and it was super yum! Usually don’t like tofu but it was fried and had such a good sauce on it! definitely will be ordering again.I also appreciated the peanuts on the side since I got it delivered. Pretty good size portion, could easily save some for a next day leftover lunch! Got the spring rolls too and they were pretty good (coming from someone who usually doesn’t like spring rolls)

Ordered a rare pho, beef came out well done and minimal. Flavour was decent. Spring rolls are below average. Fresh limes were not fresh. Take better care of an order.

My new favorite pho spot. Clean! Plus, the added benefit of Thai coffee and bubble tea. Open later than anywhere else and the food is delicious right until close! I had fried rice, pho, and shrimp/pork spring rolls (not sure what they are actually called). I would highly recommend it! Dine in and takeout options the takeout container were super cute and honestly made me jealous I ate in.

Ordered before closing on Uber eats. Bin on a binge trying all the pho places vermicelli beef and spring roll. First time here, beef was burn and a solid burnt piece of beef made the meal taste off. Wasn’t cut very well. The spring roll was soggy. They give me the big thick noodles (first time having big noodles) It’s my favourite dish. I wasn’t overly happy about this meal last night. I however will try it again here to see if it gets better

Went Feb. 9 for lunch and had a great meal. Our group ordered many dishes and shared. To start, the broth (I had chicken) was the best pho broth I've (and others) ever tasted. After all the other dishes were great, wings, croutons, spring rolls, etc. All were great... except one item. No big deal. After our meal, a staff member asked how everything was and the above was what I told him. He was pleased and provided excellent customer service by addressing the issue of the dish we did not care for. 5star++ service.

She never say Hi, never checks if I need something or her other customers. I'd say she's always on her "resting btch face". Today will probably the last time I go, I walked in and she was sweeping the floor, the restaurant was empty when I came in, she just looked at me, didn't smile, didn't approach me at all (which is very strange as a worker in a restaurant). I mean I'm not surprised, as she's always been like that even from my previous visits. I'd suggest not to work in this kind of industry if she doesn't know "customer service". So if you want to experience NEGLECT and UN-WELCOMING atmosphere, feel free to try.

Totally enjoyed the special pho with beef. Hot and delish we went there for a late lunch and totally enjoyed. Can’t wait to go back to try other menu items clean restaurant with pleasant decor. The only downfall is I couldn’t put tip on debit card and was not able to leave a proper tip. Take cash to tip

This is my go-to pho restaurant in Hamilton. They give you a glass of boiling water to sterilize the utensils, which i don't see many other restaurants do. Their pho tastes delicious, they have daily specials, and they give generous portions. Check it out!
