Very good reasonably priced coffee. Tried Cappuccino Mikel, which used sweetened condensed milk, and it tasted great. The staff were friendly and the service was swift. The store itself was quite busy.

I’ve been here a few times for breakfast. I have had the gluten-free options of their toast breakfasts, as well as gluten-free versions of the breakfast sandwiches.If you are Celiac there is definitely chance for cross-contamination but they do a great job managing/preventing that! Just be direct as some staff are not aware of severity :)Great ambience, little coffee shop vibes, good for studying.Vegetarian options: Good sandwich selection for both breakfast and lunch.Dietary restrictions: Gluten freeWheelchair accessibility: Accessible only one floor.

a little expensive for the portion i got for a wrap but other then that its a great place but forgot to give me my pepsi so you know they are busy and i forgot to ask for it anywyas so no harm done. good service with a smile and quick on delivery with in the restaurant. parking out front and patio on the side open in dry weather.Parking: fair bit of spots open in front of the place but walking distance from my work site Odeon wellness so ill just take time to travel on foot.

Their coffee isn't any good either.Note: If you are coming to get food for takeout (NOT DINE IN), they expect you to leave the drink you've already bought on the street to enter their prestigious establishment.

walked in today with a friend excited to try a new coffee place. My friend was hoping to get a meal here. We walked in with drinks we had had gotten from somewhere else, however had full intentions to purchase food from here. before me and my friend even had the chance to walk in fully, a woman with white skin and dark hair quite rudely yelled across the counter saying 'NO FOOD OR DRINKS FROM OTHER PLACES ARE ALLOWED IN HERE" and dismissed us without even thinking they hey maybe they will get food from here, while we understand this rule of not outside food, they were simply drinks. she poorly and unprofessionally handled this situation. We were both speechless, and walked right out due to embarrassment. that is no way to speak to customers without even them having walked in yet. you lost service today and I definitely will let all my campus friends know to avoid going here!

Just a heads up for anyone ordering a white hot chocolate. This was my first time trying it here. It had a strange thickness to it. Very globby, like a thickening agent in it. Not enjoyable. I will stick to Starbucks.

I was introduced to Mikel Coffee in October of 2023. My sister lives in Hamilton and ordered it for me to try. She said it will be the best cup I ever have.I've been making it a point to have Mikels every time I'm in Hamilton and even drove from Waterloo because the craving was fierce.Superb!!!

I've never had a favourite coffee shop before but I definitely do now. The drink selection is great, I love the coffee and baked goods.I never gotten a croissant that wasn't fresh out of the oven. A+++

Ordered a regular (medium) 2 shot Americano and it came in a small mug. After polishing that off in a few gulps I ordered a 12 oz coffee (like the take out cup labelled 12 oz they have on display) and I guess I need more practice getting a big coffee here.
