I go here every day for lunch and every time I get the best service and it’s such a friendly environment and the girls that work here are litterly saints they are all so nice and have such good customer service it’s honestly makes me want to go here even more because of how nice this girls are.even when customers are mad at them they still treat them so well , these girls need a rase.Kid-friendliness: Since the mr sub is beside an middle school around when break starts there is usually a few kids here and there and the women are really patient with them which is amazing.

One of my favorite places to go for food near mcmaster, staff are friendly and the subs are good tasting and filling, without making me feel gross from eating greasy takeout. Here's to hoping the student discount comes back?!Parking: Even though it's mainly street parking I've never struggled to find a spot on haddon.

Completely and thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with the incredibly terrible customer service. Wasn't told I had to be a member to get tye free sub I was owed. Store refused to assist me. Wouldn't recommend this Mr Sub to anyone for any reason. Their staff and owner are utterly incompetent and they treat their customers with disrespect and rudeness. Eat there at your own risk

Great subs! But just lack of staff members. Every time we go there’s only one working. I feel bad for the one person working because they feel overwhelmed with customers waiting and orders waiting from Uber eats, skip etc. I feel like there should be at least 2 people working so it balance out the work load from walk ins customers and delivery orders.

There were a lot of grumpy people in there waiting for food because there was only one overworked employee. She was super amazing and I wish I could have went behind the counter to help her. I don’t know her name but she’s a superstar. Whomever is working right now at the mr sub by the hospital in Hamilton 11-11-2023 1:12pm . You are a rockstar. But shame on you mr sub for her working alone on a busy Saturday. Did other employees call in sick?

Terrible food and service. We had to tell the person working there that Chicken Parm should have Parm. cheese and tomato sauce. She didn't believe us, had to check her procedures and she still didn't believe us until the other person working told her. Tasted terrible. She still got the breads wrong. There are so many wonderful options on Main West! Skip this place!!
