We found and chose Pho#7 through Google Map and ratings. First impression is that this restaurant is very clean, bright and roomy. We were welcomed immediately. Menu has lots of choices. Meals arrived quickly and were French fresh, hot and delicious . Excellent fresh rolls, shrimp salad rolls, chicken satay and seafood stir fry. Generous servings and great valueWe will be back

Ok food in a spacious space, but service is disorganized and very slow. The restaurant was only at 1/4 capacity (pretty empty) but our order took an extraordinary amount of time (over 30 minutes) and contained multiple errors. We didn't get utensils or water and had to fetch them ourselves. Food is OK, but I would not recommend or return due to the slow and inaccurate service.

I love this place. The food is amazing. The service and front of house guy was so so nice. Like the nicest people here. Truly amazing place! I will be coming here once a week now that I have found it (my husband was in a near by store and we just so happen to see the sign and I needed to go in).

Great price, great food and portion. I would say good bang for your buck. Parking available.Vietnamese food is always my go to favourite. Friendly staff, lots of menu options - not a lot of vegans/vegetarians. But I like the vegetarian pho (and hoison sauce), and next time I want to try the crispy noodles :) (seen in pic but without beef for me).

I had recently dined for dinner at Pho #7 with my family and unfortunately was not happy with the food (protein) portion. I ordered the vegetarian Pad Thai, in which I asked does it come with tofu. The server said let me know about the dish and said it included tofu. When I received the dish there was only four very thin pieces of tofu on the whole plate. See attached image right hand corner. A little disappointed as at other chains there’s a minimum 10+ thick pieces so it’s a bit shocking. I let the server know but he said that’s normal for their serving.I will not be returning as it isn’t worth it. Also, there’s no vegetarian section on their menu and it’s hard to find what other veg options they even offer. I will stick to the other two Vietnamese/Thai restaurants on Upper James next time.
