High quality pho with all the right ingredients. Every single time I order a large and struggle to finish all of it because there is so much, but even the small size is also a lot of food. I get the Binh Minh special which includes tripe and delicious fat. Couldn't ask for a better Asian dining experience so local in an underserved part of Hamilton. Ask for green tea when you visit, if you like that!

Food looks better than it tastes. I was disappointed with the dishes served at this restaurant. We ordered the Stir Fried Crispy Egg Noodle, vegetable with beef, chicken and shrimp, along with Stir Fried Rice Noodle, vegetable with beef, chicken and shrimp and didn't realize that the dishes were essentially the same, but with different noodles. Not sure why they were separated on the menu - it would have been better to categorize the dish in the same section, and just indicate the different types of noodles to select from. Unfortunately, the server didn't point this out when we ordered. The beef was also very chewy. The Shrimps with Salty Sauce had a good flavour, but the breading was very thick. It would have been better if they used less breading or replaced it with cornstarch or panko. The meal came out at a reasonable time. The servers tend to stay behind the cash counter so if you need service, you have to get up and ask. This was the case when asking for serving utensils, and also paying our bill. Decor was average.

This is one of our favourite places to eat Pho in Hamilton because they're really generous with the rice noodles; it fills up the bowl - pleeease keep this up. Additionally, you can really taste the beef flavoured soup with a clear broth. Another one of our favourite dish is the vermicelli with pork spring roll, shrimp and Vietnamese sausage. This dish is dry at first, but you pour the sweet and sour sauce to be soaked in the noodles. Really yummy! The place is cozy and good for groups.

When we’re out and about and looking for a quick meal, pho checks a lot of boxes, and as a result we’ve been to many pho restaurants. Not many deserve the time for a 5 star review but this certainly did. Friendly service, delicious food, reasonable prices. This place is a winner and we’ll be back again!
Ate here for New Year’s Eve. Everything is excellent here. Our favourite is number 2 rare beef on the side. So yummy.

Went for a group lunch. Portions were generous. The presentation was really nice looking at everyone's various dishes. Food quality was excellent at a reasonable price. We have made it our monthly go to lunch place.
