Extremely bad serviceToday we placed order through Uber eats before I order I called in store for delivery, they don’t have delivery person. Even though I asked for add few toppings such as spinach, jalapeño , broccoli etc. The person on call needs to get trained for customer service also he denied they don’t have any kind of these toppings. Then we placed order through Uber eats, we ordered paneer pizza and additional we add corn topping. Unfortunately when we get order, they didn’t add corn. I understand they might don’t have it. But, didn’t get any notification from store even they burnt pizza. I just instructed well done not burn. I charged extra for additional topping.

Purchased their promo for 11 med. Pizza's per mth. For 24.99I must say, our 1st impression is not a good one.1. Order the free Med. (Which we received)2. Order a 2nd med. with 15 wings & 2 pops (they did not deliver the wings!)3. Ordered Chicken strips, instead they gave us chicken bites, which are very small! (Informed us only when we called back that they were out of strips!!)4. We were to get a free garlic bread with cheese if Order was over $30, Didn't get the garlic bread either!When we called the guy, he questioned me "are you sure you didn't get your wings, are you sure you didn't get the garlic bread?"Unbelievable,We will order our 1 med free ea. month, besides that we will never order from them again!Not a very good 1st impression if you ask me ?

I usually order from the same place but on James Street but was going to friends in the east end so ordered from this location, The food here was awful compared to them, I was embarrassed when we went to eat it.
cant beat the food for the price.Great place to eat. I LEFT THAT REVIEW 10 YEARS AGO AND NOW UNFORTUNATELY THEY ARE NOT THE SAME. OVERPRICED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE. ORDER PIZZA FOR PICKUP COMEFOR THE TIME THEY SAY ACTUALLY 5 MINUTES LATER AND THEY START MAKING MY PIZZA THEN AND SAY THEY ARE BUSY…. UNACCEPTABLE , SECOND TIMETHEY HAVE DONE THIS TOO ME. DONE WITH THEM
