Everything was good our pizzas were delicious I cannot complain. Last time our wedgeswere really dark. This time they were nicely cooked I believe the oil is what made the batch of wedges dark.had to be cleaned out. we argued back and forth about that last time I didn't win but it's good they had Clean oil this time.

Very bad service, never gonna order again from there. Ordered a medium veg pizza for 20 dollars on Uber eats and they gave only plain cheese nothing on top when we said to change it, says we don’t have stuff.

I ordered from here last night and when he got here he had the audacity to ask me if I want all my change back, when I said yeah I do he went to his car and got the change and still didn’t give me all my change back and rushed back to his car before I even got to say anything. By then I opened the box and he didn’t even give me the sauces I ordered on top of that.

When I walked into this establishment I was shocked to see the amount of filth and garbage. Also the door didn’t open fully causing me to walk into it causing an almost injured hip. When I walked to the cash register I was struck with one of the most disrespectful and rude man. I simply asked for him to make me a slice of CHEESE pizza. The man looked over at the one pizza on display and said “YOU NEED TO PICK ONE OF THE SLICES THAT IS HERE” in a strong and rich Indian ascent that I could nearly understand. He also said this in a very disrespectful tone. I then asked for popcorn chicken and he claimed that they were “sold out” even though I saw teens walk out with popcorn chicken Poutine. I then ordered a small cheese pizza because I had no other option. The man with a side eye and a disrespectful voice said 5 minutes sir. When I was waiting I went to the gas station next door and got a drink. I went back in the pizza pizza and when the man saw me drink he said “SIR I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU! WE HAVE A NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK POLICY!” After this I simply went and put it in my car. When I got my pizza this man had the audacity to say if I leave a 5 star review he would give me a free drink. After I told him that I will do the opposite and leave a one star he started yelling at me in a thick Indian accent. After simply telling him to calm down he told me to meet him in the back. The man wanted to fight me. Good customer service is essential for any business, but particularly for a pizza restaurant like Pizza Pizza. Firstly, excellent customer service creates a positive experience for patrons, enhancing their overall satisfaction and likelihood of returning. In a competitive market, where customers have numerous options, exceptional service sets a restaurant apart. The food tastes like it was just taken out of the microwave. The dinning area is dirty and filled with garbage and wrappers. Workers and super lazy and extremely disrespectful. He would not even make me a meat lovers pizza. Overall I will never come back here again and I hope no one else does. Place does not deserve to make an income.

Thank you so much for the great food and service! We really had great time, we were a family of 4 - 2kids and 2 adults, we were starving and the food was served was so yummy and the lady was very helpful and supportive. Thanks a lot!

Very rude and argumentative staff. Customer service is very low. I was unable to open the door due to shoulder surgery on both shoulder so I used the botton to open the door but it was broken, staff noticed that I was unable to get in so instead of come to the door to see what was wrong, standing at front desk telling me pull the door. It took several minutes and none of them bothered themselves to come and help. I opened the door with difficulty and asked them why they did not help both of them saying that it was not their job to open the door for me, one of them said " I am not your servant, I am not here to open the door for you." I said I had surgery in my shoulder he said " use your other hand!!!" My other hand had surgery before as well.I hold my order with the hand that had surgery before and opened the door with the other hand that had surgery as the button inside the store that opens the door is broken too. I contacted the manager he did not answer and his voice mail is not in service/set up !!!For owner: I read the response, what you need to work on is fix the door and teach your staff proper customer service and some basic manners.
