I used to get pizza from here all the time. A lot of it, in fact. Long time customer. Never had problems for probably the first 5+ years.. But lately? Lately, if you order pizza from here, my experience has been that it'll be burnt and overcooked. The last 3 orders at minimum, if not more, have been way, way overcooked. Burnt, dried out. Specifying 'cook lightly done' on the order apparently doesn't do anything for that - at this point, I'm starting to think 'cook lightly done' means 'burn the ever lasting heck out of the pizza'.

Staff was amazing and the pizza was AMAZING. Would recommend thus place for EVERYONE.

AVOID - Across 4+ orders, over 3months, there is a major consistency problem with the cook and kitchen. Ordered three panzerottis, there was barely any sauce, toppings or cheese in any of them, just a whole bunch of deep fried bread. Sadly this franchisee doesn’t have Pizzaville’s standards, and must be trying to cut costs in the worst ways. 2 stars ⭐️ for the simple fact that ONE of the orders was OK, and their delivery driver staff is nice.

I am a convert. Use to go to Pizza Pizza in Dundas, but after several hygiene and order concerns (repeated) I thought I would give it a try. The Pizza all around is far superior, crust tastes better, toppings are better and the staff actually follow safe food handling practices.
