I used to frequent this popeyes location a lot in the past 3 years, but todays experience is making me reconsider coming back. They forgot the one singular sauce pack i got in my order AND my partner and I both got food poisoning :/ service is always good and they are very nice there. hopefully, this situation doesnt become a trend. i ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and 8 pc nugget combo with fries

2 spicy chicken sandwiches, they were made well, but they were very large and were over cooked.Can't go wrong with popeyes, and even though they were overcooked, that southern Colonel's chicken still has nothing on popeyes.
I came in on Sunday, near the end of the night. Most food was out, but wings were left as it was Super Bowl. I woke up about 5 hours later, with vicious food poisoning, and I was sick for hours. I would rather of went somewhere else if the food had been sitting. I do not have a sensitive stomach nor am I sick. I became violently ill after eating chicken wings from this location.
This place does not know the difference between a thigh and a breast, and by the way, a chicken thigh is not light meat, it's dark meat. Even the supposed owner doesn't know the difference. Will not be eating here again. If I pay extra for a chicken breast or light meat, I expect a chicken breast or light meat. It's like $20 for 4 pieces of chicken and I expect to get what I pay for.
