First time trying hotpot and this place was so good, we got the each of the different broths with an assortment of meats- it was fantastic.I highly recommend the spicy broth or the chicken broth and the beef!

This is the only hot pot place I could find in Hamilton—and a pretty damn good one. Friendly service with great selection of food and sauces in the back bar area. The tables have built-in induction stoves for individual pots. You don’t share pots like you’d normally do at this restaurant. I was surprised they served ox tongue—a rarity and very delicious. $30/person all you can eat and you pay for tea. I’ll be returning for sure! I’m so happy this hot pot place survived the pandemic.

Our first experience with hot pot, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. The food was delicious. The sauces were really nice (the miso on is delicious). I’d recommend the soup and beef broth. The service was lovely - she explained everything and was always there to help. We’ll be back.

The food tastes OK. However, the service staff in the restaurant have extremely bad attitudes. They are very indifferent every time I order food and do not answer any questions. Especially the middle-aged female clerk, who has no sense of service at all and always has a bad face. It is disgusting to death. The ordering time is also unstable, sometimes the wait is long, sometimes it is very fast.
This female boss is a pure foreign slave. When she sees a foreigner, she will run up to her with a lewd smile on her face. She wants to cut off the meat. Her service attitude is extremely bad. She will roll her eyes when she sees that you are Chinese. She wants to eat you and order two portions of meat. It's like being unable to hear. I'm so disgusted with you.

Is this how the service industry behaves when a nice guy likes to ignore anything he says? Do you see foreigners taking the initiative to be courteous? When did I suffer this injustice? I'm in Toadville, I've been to Toronto, and I've eaten in restaurants with hundreds of dollars per capita and dozens of restaurants per capita. Which waiter didn't greet me with a smile? I can understand even if I am too busy to serve, but what about here? Just ignore you and have fun like this? Especially the female boss, she is really awesome. I want to give negative points for this service attitude.

This is a stupid shop. The waiter acted like we owed him tens of millions. His service attitude was lax, he pretended to be deaf, and he even forced a tip in the end. The only thing I recommend is meat. It’s the first time I’ve seen a black and red meat monster. The last time I saw this kind of meat was when I introduced zombie meat on my mobile phone.
