My favourite bubble tea place EVER!!! This location especially makes the best mango coconut slush (with cheese foam and tapioca) SOOOOO GOOD I drive out of my way from Oakville to get bubble tea from this

This was my go to bubble tea place until today. I have appointments in the west dale area every few weeks so I was coming here as a treat. I walked in and I guess interrupted this flirt session between the guy and girl working there. When I placed my order they both looked at me a laughed in their language. I guess because I ordered a large and I'm not the size of a twig? I felt very uncomfortable. The girl was even rude when I placed the order. The good news is that this place has 2 other bubble tea places around it, and they both just got my business.

One of the server boy there is very rude. No greetings and very arrogant. Didn't ask if i want ice or sugar in the drink. Completely unacceptable, I would give zero for customer service if there's an option.

Immediately greeted when entering the store which was nice. Large and diverse menu. But in my opinion the milk tea didn't have a lot of flavour, and it was pricey too, almost $9 for a regular. Located in busy spot with lots of shops near by. They have The Alley right in front of them which was quite funny.Parking: Paid parking but also street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible with a wave to open button.

Ordered two mango slush with fresh mango and tapioca. The smoothie part was fine, but the mango was not even close to ripe, so they were just inedible sharp chunks. The tapioca was extremely tough as well. Very disappointing for $22 + tax ($41.15 after delivery).

I never eat or drink any food or beverages from the restaurants I used to work for. However, this one is an exception. After spending this summer working here, I am still addictive to the slushes. The preparation is super hygienic, the slushes are as smooth as silk?.

Found a bug while drinking Panda milk tea. I usually get this drink only. Not sure if it’s in the glass or in the boba.

I never usually leave reviews but it was my first time coming here today and the lady that served me had was adorable and had an amazing personality. Made my day and left me with the biggest smile on my face. The brown sugar panda mt was also really good. I hope to come back again soon!

LONG WAIT TIMES!Arrived here and waited about 10 mins for our order to be taken. After that, waited 40 minutes for our drinks to be made. Had I know a bubble tea would take 40 while minutes to make I would not have ordered from here. Ridiculously long waiting times and I saw someone who had ordered after me receive his drink well before mine, which does not make sense to meI would never come back here again.
