Ordered a family combo and chose 2 wing flavours. One flavour was warm the other was cold to the touch. The honey garlic flavour wings tasted terrible and the meat quality was really low. Half of them were just crunchy deep-fried bits. Wouldn't eat here you're better off buying frozen ones at the no frills next door.

That's the last time I buy from these guys. First experience wasn't good, but decided to give them a second chance. The food is insipid, I watched as they sprinkled what I think is MSG on the wings as if that's gonna make up for the lack of taste. Customer service is just non-existent at both my visits.

Picked up today, likely the last time. For years it was our go to place for wings, but recently the prices has gone up (like everything else), and the quality of the wings is now awful. This happened a few months ago, let it slide but today was the final time. 6 wings literally looked like chicken balls from Mandarin, the size of the wings has gone down as well. Now they're just "meh", and if we want that there's a few other places that are closer by.Also the inside seemed a bit untidy, staff coats hanging near food prep struck me as odd.
I order my food at 6:45 pm and it was supposed to be for 7:30 pm I got my food at 8:08pm and the reason was behind. I was told 10 to 15 minute wait and almost 40 minutes late. There service has gone down hill over the last year!

Delicious wings. My whole family loved them. Just the right amount of sauce too, I don’t like when they are dripping, and I don’t like them dry. It was very tender. Wings were a little bit short, but they had a lot of meat on them. Seems to be a pickup only place, so don’t plan on eating there.
