People here very rude. I ordered the cheese sticks for the eclipse today and wasn't cut the right was and then she has the audacity say it's the same thing when it wasn't. Then she makes me give the other one back and makes me wait longer for my food when I pre ordered it. Never coming back again!

Absolutely phenomenal pizza. The walk-in specials are great the sauces amazing I couldn’t be happier. I just wish you were a little closer to Ancaster.

I am a driver for Door dash. Red Swan pizza on upper Ottawa st in Hamilton has the absolute worst customer service or service period. The phone has not rang but only one time in the 30 minutes I spent inside waiting for a 2 medium pepperoni pizzas. The staf lied to me on 3 occasions stating 6 minutes longer wait each time. .yet so far nothing in 30 minutes . All drivers beware do not ever accept orders from redswan pizza. . And if your a regular person looking to order pizza. Never order form hereRED SWAN. DO BETTER. NEVER LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. And don't taste better part of an hour on a not bust day to make 2 little pizzasStaff is not trained or service oriented. Not sympathetic either.
So I called to place an order. I asked about garlic bread and pizza combo if the bread is regular size. The person said yes, it is." I specifically said it is not small size bread to confirm. He said it was not small. When I am there to pick up the order, I found the garlic bread was small, I politely asked the sound lady and she said sorry let me go and get you the regular size. Had to wait there for a good 30 mins. After 30 mins I got my order, and the guy who took the order came out and asked me What's the problem?" I said I dnt have any problem. He was angry and in a rude tone, told me that the bread you saw first was a regular size. I didn't like his behavior. Anyways I am not going there again. Rest of the staff is very polite and nice
