The owner was incredibly rude, tried to convince us we were not paying customers, even though we had bought 2 coffees. We were promptly kicked off the wifi, and felt unwelcomed, so we left. Bad customer service from the manager/owner :( Will not return!

Lots of students, not a whole lot of sitting area, everything is a bit over priced, but it still has a decent feel to it. Would recommend to anyone in the area who hasn't been, to at least go once. If you make this your usual study place you'll need to figure out when the crowds show up because there's been times where there hasn't been any seating.Parking: It's not great, usually luck of the draw.

If you like dark roast (not modern/specialty/thirdwave), you'll be ok here. To me, it's just a single note of "overroasted". No creaminess, not even notes of chocolate or caramel.

Amazing coffee! Slower than usual service.Just a bit inconsistent when they make it! The baristas probably have different definitions of macchiato.Definitely need to speed up!

We went to Westvale for a show Sunday afternoon so pop in Second Cup for a coffee - lovely coffee, we did go for a second cup. Lots of delicious snacks. A very nice and clean spot. There were students working there but very respectful. They have a sign not to stay for more than 2 hours - Personally I think that is very generous of them, many locations only allow 1 hour stay. Give them a try you won't regret!
