Decent service, attentive staff, and easily the best hot chocolate from any chain. Starbucks, Tims cannot handle a candle to Second Cup. I really wish there were more locations here in Hamilton! Their smoothies are also good too and they even put protein powder in one of the smoothies making it a good healthy choice. Their pasteries are also pretty good too and they have ones that no other cafe chain has as well, such as naniamo bars for example. Their location is central and right in the middle of the 1st floor, making it a convenient place to grab a drink and a bite before going and browsing and shopping around the rest of the mall.

Came here for a frocho. Staff was fantastic and service was great. The stand out was the small blonde with the tattoos and glasses. She was nothing but sweet and smiles and made sure she got my order down correctly. I was very happy! I will definitely come back again.

I like going here a lot, the drinks and food are great and the staff is always friendly. One barista however (blonde with tattoos) is always really rude. I understand that it’s busy but if I say thank you for my drink, just give a nod or thumbs up. You don’t have to storm off. She’s been into my store multiple times as well and is always rude, never says thank you or you’re welcome and just storms off the second she’s done shopping.

We ordered a Lavender Cold Foam Matcha & Vanilla Bean Cold Flash, both drinks were incredible and very rich in flavour! The service was friendly and quick, we will definitely be back!
