I was there two or three months ago, and got a couple of good meals at supper time with my wife and daughter. It was a decent meal for a decent price. I was there less than a month ago, and ordered their lunch special. The food was underwhelming, and not really a lot of food. However, I see they're reinventing themselves as a Dim Sum restaurant. Considering it's Chinese owned and probably Chinese chefs, I don't know why they wouldn't have done that originally? There haven't been any good dim sum restaurants in Hamilton since Jade Garden and Harvest Moon exited the scene. Jade Garden was quite good. Harvest Moon was reasonably good, but more economical than Jade Garden. MA's Chinese Cuisine in St Catharine's is currently the closest dim sum that's really good. Iron Chef on Upper Sherman near the Linc is the closest dim sum that I'll eat (it's ok, but average), but they have a very small dim sum menu. Crystal Dynasty has decent Chinese food, but their dim sum's quite bad (it's all frozen, not fresh). It's time that Hamilton gets a decent dim sum restaurant again. Why should St Catharine's have a better dim sum restaurant than Hamilton? Does anyone know when House of Dim Sum will be opening? Hoping to be able to go there Thursday or Friday this week.

Don't wear anything nice here! Food was great, however serving on hot plates and only providing small paper napkins is not suitable. Both my dates and mine shirts had grease splatter and are ruined and we were trying to sit as far away as possible. Owners, please consider providing proper sized cloth napkins.

I want to be honest. The food is great and tasty as well they have great service. Environment is also amazing there. The prices are really good for what you are getting and I highly recommend this restaurant in Hamilton. It is really worth it.

Was looking for something different. And boy did I find it!! Wow my new go to steak house. I got the steak lobster tail shrimp skewer came with miso soup and dessert $33 on believable. And they made a fantastic Ceasar! Do yourself a favour and check it out they didn’t disappoint

This place was fantastic ! The food was delicious, decent portions, reasonable prices and such friendly staff! Loved the sizzling plates ! It was a lot of fun, I will definitely return the next time I'm in Hamilton. 10/10

Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The waitress recommended trying Wasabi with the steak which changed my life lol. We had the lobster, shrimp and steak platter. Everything was cooked perfectly, especially the steak and the portions are more than generous for the price. Honestly there is not one bad thing I can say about this place, highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Solid lobster, shrimp & steak combo, went there during a relatively quiet weekend lunch time. The place is spacious and properly sanitized. Great service as well. Surprisingly the fries and the water were the highlights lol. Btw, the street parking there is free on weekends.
