Hadn't ordered Smoke's in a long time and was thoroughly disappointed. I remember when Smoke's made the best poutine and now it is $15 for a dry, curdless mess they call a poutine. Such a shame.EDIT: cute corporate response Smoke's, but there won't be a next visit. Your scapegoat of food costs doesn't work. You clearly haven't found that "balance" cause the poutine was just pure trash. What is the food cost of your gravy? A few bucks per liter? You couldn't have put another couple tablespoons on the $15 poutine to make it palatable? Come on...

The girl in the restaurant is very illiterate she don’t even know the way to talk to a person seriously I suggest everyone to stop going here and wow the owner just replied me and just said I was flirting with the girl she was so ugly that I won’t even waste my time I was just asking for my order she started preparing my order after my arrival wow like how fast service is I seriously hate this place and in future I am not even going to this place I hate this kind of people and owner of this place is wow he don’t accept his staff mistake just write a review that I was flirting. My boyfriend and I got a classic poutine and both poutines it was mostly the end pieces and barely any gravey and even less of cheese curds I think I maybe at 6 cheese curds and my boyfriend about the same.... everytime we order we think maybe it will be better this time but the last 3 or 4 times it has been the same

Since the owner really wanted me to write a review, let's just make things worse I guess... I think I haven't had a bad poutine in my life until I came to this place.Atmosphere: Upon entering the place, the smell was horrid, but I still decided to try it out because their other location in Westdale is excellent. Also, their floors were fairly dirty. The most obvious thing I noticed was that the vents by the cashier had a bunch of chalk, so it's obvious that the place is not the cleanest.Service: Well I got my food pretty fast.Food: I got the classic poutine and it was actually just terrible... like... terrible. The cheese curds were like plastic, and the gravy tasted extremely old. The fries was just oily and not crunchy at all.Overall, terrible. I literally took like three bites and had no choice, but to throw it out; what a waste of money and food.

I went there with my nana food was amazing so much flavour I got a regular poutine with buffalo sauce on top it sooooo gooood. And the employee was amazing as well I would definitely recommend checking it out.
Went there midnight for a munch but the dude seemed like he didn't want me there, I asked for suggestions and he ignored me and started playing with the POS tab, I bought a regular traditional, I had asked for crispy fries so it doesn't get soggy but guess what, the fries were uncooked, the cheese curds didn't melt, and the gravy was so thick the bottom of my box was left untouched by the gravy, I'll never ever go back to this store if that guy is serving me, otherwise atmosphere is great and the musicManagement should really work on there customer service.
