Got a bunch of food, nachos were bare, had the smallest amount of cheese on them. Burger was so dry, meat was paper thin and way over cooked. Chicken fingers were also way over cooked. Spinach dip did not come with near enough chips, jalapeño poppers were dry, not alot of stuffing in them and the jalapeños were very thin. Won't be back. They had one server on a Saturday afternoon, she was nice but she probably needed more help. The food took forever to come out and we had to ask multiple times for missing items.

There were 8 of us. Overcooked batter on all fish dishes (dark brown) and chicken wings so overcooked the meat fibres were pointy and hard like toothpicks and nearly impossible to get off the bones. Server was forgetful, bringing coffee frequently but forgetting side ☕ orders, cooking instructions, and requests to deliver food AFTER soup, not moments later.Went here years ago, and didn't like it. Friends urged me to try it again because it was "so much better" but I saw no evidence of that supposed improvement. Find an alternative, in my opinion.Parking: Sometimes free in the evenings.

You don't get served alcohol unless you show ID. No matter the grey hair in your beard close to 40. Being called "buddy" also seems to be the norm in this armpit of civilization. Disgusting.
We ordered a bunch of apps and I also got a Chicken pot pie served in a Yorkshire pudding bowl.

The food and drinks were good but our waitress was so unbelievable!!!!! We had a group of 10 as it was one of our friends birthdays, we all tipped 15% or MORE except our one friend tipped a bit less as her bill was already $100. The waitress (she had brown hair and had tinsel in her hair) had the AUDACITY to go up to her and tell her that if she doesn’t tip, she has to pay for it out of pocket (which is simply false because tip is extra, she still paid for her whole entire bill???). our friend then goes on to say that she did in fact tip and our waitress tells her that it’s simply not enough! this is unbelievable!!! most of us have worked in the restaurant industry and tip is always something that is extra! there should NEVER be an expectation, although it can be disappointing to get a lower amount! our whole group could not believe this as that is so unprofessional and reflects very poorly on this whole establishment. furthermore, she did not even split our bills properly! three of us got the exact same drinks and food but our bills were all drastically different? she didn’t even give us a receipt before we paid (or after) so we could confirm it was correct which leads us to think she messed up big time. we are all students and frequent at snootys, but after this we will have to think twice. also we had to ask her multiple times for things, such as the food we ordered or a takeout box. unbelievable.

Been a few times. I always enjoy this place. The place has been updated in the last year and feels less dark than before. Parking sucks. Either pay to park in front or park around the block. The patio is great in the summers.
