Wife and I have came for dinner, the server is so polite and makes you feel like you are welcomed into her home to be served more than the feeling of just another server. The food is fresh you get to watch the kitchen staff bring out items regularly to keep the fridges stocked. Seating is comfortable and the food is fantastic. Spicy was flavourful as well. My nose was running so bad and my mouth was on fire but I couldn’t stop eating it was so good. Highly recommend if your down town Hamilton this is a fantastic little hole in the wall.

Fantastic place.We are new comers to hot pot and they were super patient to walk us through how it works. It is also a super cool serve yourself style where there is a loaded set of fridges behind you, a sauce creation station, and the ice jelly is wicked with the spicy food together.The ladies working there that night were also super lovely to deal with.

Good. Broth was a little underwhelming last time. Been here about 4 times. Price is a little high. But the food options are good. I just wish the seats were more comfortable and the broth had a deeper flavor sometimes.

We were kind of new to hotpot - the server walked us thru everything. We got the basic all you can eat with two kinds of broth - you grab your own items from the cooler and make sauces however you like them. We got two kinds of broth - a vegetarian broth and their spicy classic broth. It was a fun experience and the food was good.

Fantastic eating experience. I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to eating hot pot at a restaurant but AYCE with skewers makes for a wonderful time. The owner did greatly overestimate my capabilities in Mandarin however so the social anxiety was strong in this meal. Nonetheless highly recommend

I am so glad I tried this place! I was looking for hotpot in Hamilton and I've found my go-to place. The service was amazing! They were so helpful and attentive as well as friendly.I've been to other hotpot places and haven't had service anywhere near as good. The atmosphere was authentic, just like the hotpot restaurant pictures on the wall from the hometown of the women who worked there (we asked!).It is AYCE, not sure what the other reviewer was saying there...the sauce is an extra 1.99 per person, but you can share one or two sauces among everyone, and it is a fair price. The all you can drink option is an extra $1 or something as well, but again, unlimited pop or ice tea or whatever, it's fair. The total cost for one person with sauce and drink and tax etc was $44.95, which is on par with many other AYCE Asian restaurants. The spicy broth was amazing, there is tons of selection for food to add to the broth. You can't go wrong.Other reviewer who was upset about cooking their own food....do you know what hotpot is? LOL It's part of the whole experience...Overall a fantastic experience!! Would 100% go back!!
