Sandy and Bre are absolutely top notch. Great little bar woth friendly locals and top notch bartenders. We drive from central Hamilton all the way across town to have a drink woth the friendly regulars amd Sandy and Bre! They are absolutey the best!

Went here with my hubby and daughter, it was a cure little spot we thought we'd try. We ordered wings and I had a burger as well. I got my burger before the wings were ready which I ate. When the wings came we began eating, after my first bite I thought they weren't fully cooked. I picked up another wing and realized it was raw as I couldn't pull ot apart. I informed the cook/server/bartender and showed it to her, my hubby also showed her that his were raw as well. She took them back saying she'd put them back on the grill etc with no apology or anything. While waiting my daughter picked up 1 of hers and there was a long hair on it, this was when we said ok we're going to leave. I walked to the kitchen door to get the lady's attention and told her we were leaving because my daughter found hair on her wings. Again no apology but instead looked at me as if I was making it up or lying. As we're getting up to leave she made a point to tell us we had to pay and I said yea we'll pay for the beers and burger. We paid and left, still with no apology or anything. She had no remorse, she looked annoyed or even angry with us and we did nothing. We were the ones that were supposed to be angry but we weren't. I'll never return to this bar and just be aware.

Tasha is the best bartender ever. We go out of our way to come to Spurs because of Tasha. She knows what we're drinking as we are walking into the bar, If that doesn't scream customer service, what does? Hold on to this gem of a human!

Stopped by for an early lunch. Had the 2 for 1 wings Tuesday special and beer. Really enjoyed the lemon pepper flavor wings. Will come back again.
Monday i stopped in, thought it was a nice bar. Wanted to bring my crew in after work for beers wings etc. but there was a crew at the end of the bar that was quite rude as I was on my phone the bartender was great but instead I paid my bill and left I will never return

Here right now, actually the worst possible experience possible. Ordered my wife a rum and diet, served with 8 ice cubes a can of Pepsi and about a drop of rum in the cup. When questioned the female bartender with short white hair she then ripped the top off of the bottle, poured the reasonable shot into my wife's glass then slammed the glass down and gave us a dirty look.This is a bar that should have failed due to covid restrictions, obviously made it through, but should be shut down for awful customer service, completely overserving the person beside me who is falling off the barstool.I suppose I should be penalized for never being here before and being in my thirties.Cheers to you Spurs Roadhouse, god willing to up close at the hand of your own poor service and business skills.
