The staff in this store are friendly, polite and I got served QuickTime! The seating area is large but I feel like more tables and seats could be put out as it has lots of open space. Plenty of seats and parasols outside though. The only negative thing I’d say is the toilet situation. You need to get a member of staff to unlock them using a remote control behind the counter. When there is a queue, it can be quite a wait to get the door opened. Besides that, great store .

This Starbucks location is in my opinion the very best Starbucks in Hamilton. It has a good vibe! The staff are so personable. My decafs are always made perfectly ? Thank you for bringing me joy!!
