First of all overall atmosphere very good. The customer service is very polite and fast in their work. I like the way of making orders and they always keep hygenic surroundings. All the vegetables are always fresh. I love it !

Updated 2022It is getting bad, I am sorry! I ordered 2 footlong and asked the staff not to put cheese on 1 as I have health problems with it. I was ok that she refused to move cheese from 1 to another due to their policy stopping customers from having flexibility but...she forgot...in a second...and put cheese on both bread. Then I reminded her, and she picked the cheese out, BOOM...threw it in the garbage. I was surprised that the policy allows wasting new food instead of moving the ingredients. What a waste of food. This policy is not like fancy restaurants discarding their old food for health safety and maintain quality. This is throwing away new food. There are a lot of hungry people out there! I also feel bad for the environment. Come on, please think, managers! Something's wrong here! We are living in a first world country full with advanced technology, customization, and FLEXIBILITY!Updated 2021Great customer service. I came with coupons so I got 2 foot-long and a drink for $15.8. I think they provide smaller portions than Subway on Dundurn.

Regardless of whether the food was good or not, there was only one girl that was working there who had to take care of walk in customers and all the orders from the delivery companies too. I hope the owner of the store does see this and realizes that his own kin wouldn’t be able to take care of the store so how can he have someone else do that by themselves.

Ordered through cell phone app, pick up in store. Selected the bread to be toasted on the app and I saw it also printed on the receipt. As a result, staff didn’t toast the bread. If your oven is broken or doesn’t work, let me know! Why don’t you tell me you didn’t toast when I pick up the order?Otherwise, the food still tastes ok. Just don’t like to eat cold food
