Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience there. It was our first time and the staff immediately asked if this was for here or to go. You order through a webpage. We ordered chicken but we got meat. The staff didn't bother trying to help us fix this. The meat was dry, over seasoned. The Udon noodles were delicious.

Food looked really good and was expecting it to taste even more good but soup was a bit oily but was tasting fine. Restaurant seemed clean and cashier was very friendly and welcoming.
Ordered from Arch noodle frequently in the past. Lately the food has really not been good. Ordered beef fried noodles and was basically undercooked onions and bean sprouts. Totally lacking flavour. This will be my last order here. It’s a shame, it was once a treat.

Just had the tomato noodle soup at The Arch Noodle House, and it’s a flavor explosion! The mix of fried egg, tasty luncheon meat, beef brisket, and Shanghai noodles is pure genius. The broth ties everything together perfectly.The dish looked and tasted fantastic. The staff was friendly too. If you’re into delicious noodle soups, this place nails it. Five stars all the way!

Waited like 30 minutes while nobody else was at any other table and nobody took my order had to go up to the register place an order myself… Beef friend noodle asked for spicy was not spicy, no flavour actually, 3/10Cream cheese rangoons not fully fried and very bad sweet sour sauce very watered down. 2/10Fried squid was good, 8/10Service was nowhere to be found. Ruined the mood on a night out.Too bad because it’s a nice atmosphere otherwise
