Went as a small group. Birthday girls steak was cold. My chicken main meal palm sized chicken breast was over priced, should have been 2 breast for that price. Never had a good experience at the keg Hamilton, St.Catharines, or Niagara Falls locations.

Food was fabulous...we had steak potatoes and veggies and the chicken dinner with mashed and veggies. Tasted amazing on both entrees. Had the keg salad and baked cheese shrimp.Was a fabulous nite and our server was attentive even though every table at the bar area and lounge were full.Parking: There is alot of parker but you usually have to find a spot and or a spot at the back if at dinner time as they share lot with another restaurant.
We had Rachel as our server and she was absolutely great. Our meal was perfect, loved it.

Last time we came to this location, we had a not so great experience after being told our giftcard had been compromised. Unfortunately the manager we spoke to was less than accommodating and nothing was done for something that wasn’t our fault. We paid our bill in full and walked away.We came back again tonight and had one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had thanks to our server, Jess C. She was absolutely incredible. Very nice and quick service, made great recommendations and truly just made our experience so enjoyable. Would come back every week if we knew she’d be our server. Thanks again Jess ☺️

I have to say this particular location has the BEST customer service at any Keg I've been to. Even if there's ever an issue, they will take care of it. I will be returning for many, many visits in the future! Thanks for making each visit special! I truly feel like a vauled customer each and every time.
Took my best friend here for dinner on Thursday night, service was extremely slow, food was decent, our server was quick to get us out of there. Both of us were sick for two days after leaving... despite ordering different items we both had stomach issues

The food is not tasty at all, it doesn’t inspire appetite, it’s not worth the money that they ask for and the design of the plate is no good, it looked as if it was someone else’s, the soup generally seemed to be standing and waiting for its turn for a long time, even a mark remained on the plate. The service was normal, that’s why we left a tip, the girl greeted us was very nice, our waiter tried his best, except that first they forgot to bring the cutlery, then the butter for the lobster. My first and last time.
