I was looking at my DoorDash app, trying to figure out what to order for lunch while in Hamilton. I saw The Parm House and noticed a veal sandwich. I love veal sandwiches. I decided to try delivery from this place, as delivery was free. My order consisted of these items: - Veal sandwich with mushrooms - Chips and a Diet Coke (combo with sandwich) - Meat lasagna with garlic bread It didn't take long for my food to be delivered to my hotel room. I requested that the delivery person leave my food at the door and to knock before leaving. No issues there. My excitement for my veal sandwich died when I unwrapped it. I saw this huge bun in front of me. I went to pry it open like a shell containing a pearl. I saw two thin slices of veal and a few little pieces of mushrooms. There was some sauce around them. I had a bite. You needed to chew the bun part. The veal was mush. If you gave just the veal to folks who had forgotten their dentures, they would have been fine swallowing the filling. It was sad. I remember seeing an ad eons ago for Wendy's. Where's the beef? In this case, where the heck is the veal and mushrooms?! If you like a ton more carbs than meat, go for the veal sandwich. Otherwise, skip it. The chips and Diet Coke that comprised this meal were far better. They were normal. I didn't need a magnifying glass to spot them. I had the lasagna for dinner later that day. It's smart that if you ask for a vegetarian lasagna, you get my version, but without the meat sauce at the bottom. It's one lasagna for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. If you are a purist looking for a traditional meat lasagna, you will be disappointed. It's basically a lasagna noodle, a thin layer of sauce, and a thin layer of cheese repeated a number of times. Despite the modern, minimalistic version of lasagna that may seem edgy and perhaps cost-effective, it was pretty good. The tomato sauce was fresh. The meat the in the sauce was minimal, but yummy. The noodles were perfect. You could taste the cheese in every bite. It came with garlic bread. It was okay. It was toasted with a light smear of garlic butter. I really should bring my own garlic with me at all times. It needed more of it. My sandwich gets a 2 rating. The lasagna is a 3. I'm rounding up for an overall rating of 3 stars. If you want a good veal sandwich, you won't find it here. However, the lasagna isn't bad. It's just different. (445)

Ordered for the first time, yesterday. The lasagna was outstanding. The sauce is so delicious, very authentic. Wasn’t crazy about the chicken Parm, but the lasagna definitely made up for it. Will be ordering again!

I have not been in since Carm sold the place. Was surprised to see the recipes did not change. Had a meatball sangwich and it rocked. I took home some pasta and it too was very delicious. The owner needs to put herself out there a little more. She did not seem happy behind the counter. The food rocked though. I will be back.

Ordered the chicken entree which was great. My wife had the veal entree and said she liked it. Price is reasonable. They also had it ready very quickly (under 5 mins). Portion size was good, lots of food overall, however the chicken portion was less than I would have preferred. Not sure why others are leaving lower star reviews though. It’s quick, fairly priced and the food was good. I’ll likely be back.

Terrible food. Had the Sicilian burger. I did not eat it. I’m not even sure what I was served to be honest. This place is a dive.
