This place is great! Our server Sandra, I think that's her name, was absolutely incredible. She was over the top kind, gentle, caring, and even sat at our table to walk us through the menu. The food was ready very quickly and tasted amazing. I have never eaten a patty that had so much flavour. It is also very reasonably priced for the portions you get.

We went before the Rock Lacrosse game. Food was fast, hot and delicious. My kids loved that the drinks came in measuring cups.

Showed up with a group that was 3 more than our reservation. 27 instead 24, and they used it as an excuse for absolutely terrible service. Ordered drinks after 30 minutes, got the drinks 30 minutes later. Ordered our food 15 minutes after that, and it showed up an hour later.The staff were rude and unwilling to compensate us for the awful experience. No one came to check if we wanted a refill, or water, or literally anything at all.All in all about a 3 hour terrible experience. I recommend you get any server other than Matt if you decide to dine here.

The burger is wonderful; not a factory pressed hamburger patty like other joints. This is a handmade, great burger. The service failed on a couple of levels: first, the restaurant was less than half full. By the looks of it, a crowd had just left to go to a lacrosse game, so the staff were clearing tables - so I'll cut them some slack for that. The hostess asked if we had reservations (party of 4 but we didn't have a reservation) and said she'd check availability but we should have made reservations (ok, this is off to a not great start). She disappeared for 10 minutes and came back (now restaurant only has one table of people sitting at it) to say they can "fit us in". I'll just chalk this up to new hostess... We sat at the table an additional 15 minutes before the waitress came over to take out drink orders. She was rude but returned minutes later with our drinks (a beer, 2 pops and an iced tea). She took our order and brought us our food 15 minutes later - which was very reasonable. Again, the food was great. One of our boys asked for a bit more mac/cheese because it was a small serving. Once we got the bill, the waitress charged us for 3 x portions of mac/cheese. So for 3 burgers, and order of mac/cheese and the drinks above our bill was ~$105. A little steep. When I asked the waitress about the bill, she smirked, said the boy ate a double portion (not what we asked for) in his first serving and then charged a full third serving after that. Considering all of this, I still left a 15% tip. She was rude to us on the way out and turned and laughed with her colleagues. We will not be going back.

I likely experienced the worst customer service today, ever.A little background, we had a group of 27 (originally booked for 24) adults and kids. The staff accommodated our extra three.However, it was all downhill from there.We arrived at 4:15PM. Did not not receive our drinks until well after 5:15PM. Took our orders and our food did not arrive until after 6:15PM. It was during this time an 8 year old, respectfully asked the service if he could have his drink (they forgot his drink), he was told by the server, “Sit down. Wait like everyone else and be patient.”We ordered appetizers, no appetizers arrived. There were no forks. No refills. And no organization at all. We even had to ask for our bills as they too did not come. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that they dropped the ball, no sign of any positive customer service.It was simply put, a wildly, atrocious, display of poor customer service.

Great food. We had the onion ring tower for a starter. I had the use burger, but instead of a beef paddy, I got chicken instead. Really tastey. I couldn't finish my meal.

Door dash orders are accepted. However, are being cancelled by the restaurant 30 mins later. As well, nobody is picking up the phones.DoorDash reports the driver could get into the restaurant.I suspect this location is closed, do not waste your time and choose the location up the mountain!
This placed offered me a great draft beer while I waited for a highly baconated burger and a side of sweet potato fries. Staff was awesome. Absolute love for this restaurant!

I am a juicy lucy fan, I am mot a brave taster that can handle egg or pb on my burger. There is always something for everyone, the taste is superb and the quantity is perfect. Drinks are huge so eat first. The fries are just so yummy, you cant stop eating them. Love the industrial look of the place, different look then most burger places. Laid back atmosphere and staff so eady going.

Places an order for takeout on Monday / site said they are open - charged my card. When I went to pick up a note on the door said they were closed until Wednesday. They took the money, no food and no one answers the phone .. what a Scam!

Been a big favorite of ours! In a time where getting food delivered to your door and having your order done correctly is what everyone wants and these guys never mess up. Great packaging and secure delivery bag. The burgers are delicious I’ve tried several, tower of rings is highly recommended. Keep up the great...works!
