This is overall a great Tim Hortons, and (in my opinion) I think it’s one of the fastest-working Tim Hortons I’ve been to. And to be honest, all the problems that have been stated in the bad reviews have already been resolved. The staff are incredibly kind, the lines usually move up pretty quick, the food/ drinks are the temperature they’re supposed to be, and everything else. Overall, this is an amazing Tim Hortons and the staff are very kind and fast.
The terrible employees make a face, I asked for an English muffin and they only gave me biscuit bread, it is not possible for one to pay for something and they don't give it, that service is fatal, I will never buy there again

My kids went last night to get a coffee and was given very expired coffee I went and asked for a remake and they once again gave them expired coffee I work for Tim Hortons and I know the taste of expired and burnt coffee the service was very poor the one girl had a nasty attitude towards remaking the coffee these people on night shift need to be re- trained on how to make coffee and handle customers properly. We will not be going back again
